I’m excited to be offering on-site physiotherapy & clinical pilates for to the Landing dancers and their families.
Cancellation policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
Parents are welcome to attend their child’s physio appointment or have them attend independently.

Talia grew up dancing at the Landing (graduating in 2015) and has since gone on to complete her Master’s of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.
She takes a whole-person approach to care, blending evidence-based practice with a strong appreciation for how movement impacts every part of life.
Her clinical background includes certifications in dry needling (AN-IMS), Calibrate Comprehensive Clinical Pilates training and her level 1 certifications in both the Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy program and Dance Physio Educator program. She has additional training in treating hypermobility and nerve-related conditions.
She has experience working with kids and teens with a variety of complex musculoskeletal, developmental and neurological conditions through her work with BC Children’s Hospital and Sunny Hill Rehab Centre. Talia also works with Field Hockey Canada, supporting athletes through injury prevention and performance-focused rehab.
